Toyar Joins China-ASEAN Expo, Secures Deal with Nanning Energy Group for Two-Wheeler Energy Platform Project NANNING, China

Marking a key development in Southeast Asia’s clean mobility sector, Toyar signed a strategic agreement with Nanning Energy Group at the China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO). The deal centers on the co-development of a comprehensive electric two-wheeler (2W) energy platform project aimed at expanding battery-swapping networks, smart charging infrastructure, and clean energy ecosystem services across domestic and ASEAN markets.

Strategic Significance & Partnership Highlights

The collaboration addresses Southeast Asia’s growing demand for two-wheeler electrification, urban delivery logistics, and sustainable mobility solutions. By combining Toyar’s technology with Nanning Energy Group’s regional municipal energy and logistics assets, the project establishes a scalable operational blueprint.

Key elements of the partnership include:

  • Platform Co-Development: Designing a standardized, intelligent energy platform for two-wheelers, integrating battery-swapping cabinets, cloud diagnostics, and localized charging infrastructure.
  • Regional Infrastructure Expansion: Leveraging Nanning’s geographic status as China’s gateway to ASEAN to test, deploy, and export two-wheeler energy infrastructure to neighboring Southeast Asian markets.
  • Fleet & Logistics Integration: Supporting urban e-scooters, last-mile delivery riders, and commercial fleets with rapid energy replenishment solutions designed to eliminate range anxiety and reduce operational downtime.

Capitalizing on CAEXPO’s Dual-Carbon & New Energy Momentum

The deal was finalized during CAEXPO’s specialized “Dual Carbon” Smart Energy and New Energy Vehicle exhibitions. As China and ASEAN shift from simple trade toward joint system building and standards integration, two-wheeler energy ecosystems are serving as an immediate entry point for urban decarbonization.

Through this joint project, Toyar and Nanning Energy Group aim to establish a unified energy management network that enhances grid interaction, optimizes battery lifecycle management, and delivers affordable, low-carbon mobility across urban centers in South China and ASEAN countries.
